  • Company name, approximate team size, and region (helps with hosting and compliance context).
  • A sample of the fields you track today - serials, purchase dates, custodians, locations, or custom tags.
  • Whether you need mostly physical assets, digital licenses, or an even split.
  • Any hard deadlines such as an audit, insurance renewal, or equipment refresh cycle.

Implementation prep checklist

Bring what you already know - the conversation stays concrete. You do not need every answer filled in; even partial answers help us suggest a sensible first import batch and which departments to onboard first.

  • Asset types you track today (laptops, tools, vehicles, licenses, …)
  • Departments or owners involved (IT, ops, finance, managers)
  • Current source of truth (spreadsheet, shared drive, other tool)
  • How approvals and returns work when something moves
  • How service or repairs are reported and tracked
